To design, build, and maintain a custom CRM application and server infrastructure for Expost, enabling efficient postal operations, customer account management, and secure global scalability.
Overview:
Over the past eight years, I have worked closely with Expost to develop a robust postal application tailored to the company's needs. This custom-built CRM system facilitates essential daily tasks, including the management of incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, handling customer accounts and overseeing financial operations. Additionally, the frontend empowers customers to manage preferences, purchase credit, and access other key features.
Key Contributions:
- Custom CRM Development: Built and maintained a comprehensive system that streamlines Expost's operations, including:
- Recording and tracking of post and parcel workflows.
- Customer account management and financial tracking.
- Customer-Facing Features: Developed a user-friendly portal where customers can log in to update preferences, pay for credit, and access key account details.
- Codebase Modernization: I am currently revamping the application’s interface and updating the codebase to address the latest security challenges and ensure long-term scalability.
- Server Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain a complex server environment hosting multiple applications that:
- Serve customers globally, ensuring reliable performance and uptime.
- Provide dedicated portals for franchisees in various countries, supporting localized business operations.
