Well, it’s pretty simple. If you’re using developer tools in Chrome, then right click anywhere on your page and click on the ‘Inspect Page’ Navigation Item.
This will display a box with a number of things, but what we are wanting to see is the Console.
If there are any types of errors on your page it will display as a red text and cross. It will also tell you what the issue is.
What if there are any errors affecting your SEO on your site?
Ok, so you’ve found some errors. What next?
There are a number of things you can do to get these issues solved, you can:
- Get in touch with a web developer to repair your site
- Fix the issue your self
I will be a little bias here, the best option would be to contact a web developer to resolve this issue as they will be able to do it in a way that won’t break your site or lead to any downtime.
If you do it your self then be very careful and always backup your website…
